• Guests who cancel less than two weeks before 12pm local time on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 50% of the booking amount

• Cancellation policy will vary depending on the season.
• A credit card is required at the time of booking. A pre-authorisation amount equivalent to the prevailing cancellation fees will be taken upon booking. This amount will not be charged but kept on hold and will be used to settle the bill on check-out.
