  • Standard check-in at Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam begins at 3pm, and check-out is required by 12pm. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but are subject to room availability, and a fee may apply.

  • Yes, the hotel offers dedicated connecting room options for families and larger groups, including the Family Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites Connecting (split-level layout, available with either two king beds or one king and two twin beds), and Two-Bedroom Suites (with a balcony, garden, or our signature Concerto Suite). If you require connecting rooms, please inform our Reservations Team at the time of booking.

  • Every room type at Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium is equipped with an interactive high-definition TV system, automated curtains and a Nespresso coffee machine with daily replenished capsules.

  • For families with younger children, baby cots and sofa beds can be added to a variety of rooms and suites. For those requiring additional space or multiple rooms, we offer connecting room options.

  • Medium pets are allowed (max. 75lbs / 34kg). An extra room cleaning charge of €75 per pet, per night will be added to the guest account. For the full terms and conditions please inform with our reservations department.

     

    Pets are not allowed in Food & Beverage outlets or spa, with the exception of the Lounge and Terrace (this only applies to dogs up to a medium size 75lbs / 34kg). This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.

  • Yes, Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium offers two specially adapted accessible guest rooms designed for guests with reduced mobility. These rooms are spacious, wheelchair accessible, and feature step-free access throughout. The accessible bathrooms include a raised toilet, support rails beside the toilet and shower, and a roll-in shower with additional grab bars.

     

    In general, the hotel is largely accessible via lift access. From the main entrance on Paulus Potterstraat 50, guests can reach the reception, Lounge, public toilets, meeting and event spaces, Ottolenghi Amsterdam, and the first-floor Taiko and Van Baerle Shopping Gallery. The wellness facilities can be reached by lift from the lobby, with an accessible changing room, shower, toilet, and gym located on the spa reception level. Treatment rooms and the swimming pool are situated on a lower level and can also be accessed via the lifts.

     

    If you have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting our reservations team, who will be happy to assist with your stay.

  • The hotel has limited parking space on site, so please mind that valet parking may use an external parking garage to park your car. We advise you to remove valuable items from your car when parking outside the hotel.

     

    At the moment we can only accept parking for guests with a reservation for an overnight stay. Valet parking is subject to charge. Charges are hourly for short stays with a maximum of EUR 95 per 24 hours.
