Inspired by the rhythm of a Kabuki play, the menu unfolds in four acts, each drink designed to guide guests through a shifting landscape of mood and flavour.

Behind the curtain, inviting prologue that awakens anticipation, through evolving depths and vivid crescendos, to an elegant finale, every sip invites you deeper into the act.

Framed by warm lighting and live DJ sets, Netsu Bar is a modern evolution of cocktail culture, where every glass holds a narrative, and every detail is orchestrated to surprise, captivate, and delight. The Four Acts

A Kabuki play follows a distinct dramatic rhythm, Netsu’s menu unfolds in four acts — each marking a shift in mood, flavour, and emotion.

JO (序) – THE PROLOGUE Light and intriguing. A calm beginning that invites relaxation and awakens a sense of anticipation.

HA (破) – THE EVOLUTION Evolving and immersive. Flavours deepen and complexity builds. Curiosity sharpens. The story unfolds.

KYU (急) – THE CLIMAX Bold, vivid, and expressive. A dramatic crescendo where every detail from taste to atmosphere culminates in a moment of full intensity.

KIRI (切) – THE FINAL ACT An elegant close. Flavours soften, energy settles, the final moment before the curtain falls
