Serena, our spa concierge, is also a well-rounded holistic therapist. She graduated in Australia as a naturopath, Herbalist (Wester herbal medicine) and holds a bachelor’s degree in health science, specializing in Clinical Nutrition. Passionate about health, healing, and nervous system support, she recently travelled to India to deepen her knowledge and became a certified yoga teacher.
Sabrina has been a yoga teacher since 2017, with extensive training in India, where she perfected dynamic yoga and studied techniques of meditation, pranayama, mindfulness and yoga nidra. Fascinated by the power of sound, she pursued studies with international experts until becoming a sound healing therapist. She leads individual and group sound rituals using Tibetan bells, planetary gongs and ancestral instruments to promote deep relaxation, energy rebalancing and inner harmony.
