Discover our new children’s in-room dining menu, created by children, for children. In collaboration with Knightsbridge School, we invited young minds to design dishes that are fun, healthy and delicious. Captured in a joyful five-part video series, the journey invites you to explore how our chefs and their most discerning guests came together to craft a menu filled with imagination, flavour and playful surprises.

Episode 1: Where the Conversation Begins

In the opening chapter, the Executive Chef Francisco meets with a Knightsbridge School chef to begin shaping the vision. Together, they share ideas on what children enjoy, what nourishes them, and how to create something memorable. It marks the beginning of a thoughtful exchange between a school kitchen and the world of hospitality.

Episode 2: Listening to Young Voices

Chef Francisco visits the school to meet the children themselves. Sitting together in the classroom, the conversation turns to favourite meals, flavours and fun. Their honesty and creativity set the tone for the project, offering a glimpse into what truly excites young diners.

Episode 3: Crafting the Menu

Inspired by their feedback, our culinary team returns to the hotel kitchen to begin developing the new dishes. Meanwhile, the children start designing their own menus with colour, illustrations and flair. It is a shared process, combining culinary expertise with pure creativity.

Episode 4: A Taste of Their Ideas

The children return to the hotel for a special preview, where they are invited to taste the dishes they helped bring to life. Their reactions are genuine, their insights considered. It is a celebration of collaboration, and a final chance to refine the menu through their eyes.

Episode 5: The Menu in Action

A few weeks later, the children are welcomed back for an experience to remember. Dining in one of our suites, they enjoy the new menu for the very first time as our guests. Their ideas are now part of our offering, served with care and a sense of pride.
